Frequently asked questions

What is Conference Annual Meeting (CAM)?

CAM is a time when our UCC MT-NWy Conference congregations gather to make decisions about ministry, business, and the future.

These meetings also provide opportunities for fellowship, renewal, and connecting with other leaders.

Who can attend CAM?

All UCC MT-NWy churches, pastors, leaders, delegates and congregants are invited to attend CAM!

Is there a cost?

There is a registration fee to attend CAM. The cost of registration offset the costs of printing, audio visual technology, select meals, and speakers fees and accomodations.

Why should I attend CAM?

CAM is a chance to see your local churches, Conference and Association, and denomination at work!

Your voice and your input into ‘the work of the church’ are critical to the future of our churches and denomination. Each church is asked to select delegates from within their congregations who will cast votes on critical issues before us as a Conference like budget, governance and leadership, for example.

Another reason?

Joy in community!
